National Park Krka

National park Krka is diamond of nature famous for its lakes and waterfalls. It was named after river Krka witch is a part of national park, and with its location in central Dalmatia insures easy access from multiple entrances. The park includes area of 109 km2 of the most beautiful sections of river Krka and lower course of the Čikola river.

As one of the most popular Croatian national park, its beauty attracts tourist from all over the world.

Let us show you the beauty you will enjoy. Rijeka Krka has seven waterfalls, and the best time to visit them is in the spring and summer when you can even swim in the river. The hydroelectric power plant under Skradinski buk is the second oldest hydropower plant in the world and one of the oldest in Europe. It was built only three days after the world’s first hydroelectric power plant on Niagara Falls.
